The BOW Model 532 was created to combine an efficient, safe cleaning operation with fast precision stacking of 1/4 inch tape on a wide variety of reels. The 532 was designed to handle reel sizes from 7 inches to 10 1/2 inches in diameter with a 5/16 inch diameter drive hole. Tissue cleaning stations and a sapphire blade, proven time and again to be the most effective cleaning system, remove debris from both sides of the tape. Downstream, a uniquely designed packwheel delivers a straight, perfectly centered stack on both plastic and metal reels. With the optional optical inspector (725 option) the user can establish a fail criteria to weed out bad tapes and save valuable tapes. |
